A health fair is a great way to promote
good employee health. Studies show that health fairs can reduce overall
health insurance costs, improve employee performance and lower costs
related to disability and sick time. By bringing health professionals
and lay people together, a health fair educates people about health,

Your health fair will include a battery
of blood tests and other screenings (e.g., blood pressure, glucose,
cholesterol, etc.), which can be customized per client organization
The employee receives immediate results, discusses them with an RN counselor,
and can request they be sent to his or her doctor. On average, 25% of
those tested are identified as having health conditions that need attention.
