What Services Are Available?

Alcohol and Substance Abuse
• Provides referral sources such as local counselors, support groups, and treatment programs for managers and employees coping with substance abuse issues both at work and home
• Receive expert advice on how to deal with or how to cope with a co-worker or family member who has a substance abuse problem
• Provides Substance/Alcohol Abuse Assessment to determine appropriate level of care
• Receive educational and support materials

Child Care Planning
• Assists employees to locate appropriate local child-care providers
• Educates employees as to what questions to ask in interviewing child-care provides
• Will conduct preliminary phone screening of local child care on behalf of the employee


Debt Management

• Provides low-cost debt management referrals and financial counseling

Elder Care Planning
• Assists employees to locate local appropriate eldercare facilities, home nursing, assisted living, geriatric assessment, etc.
• Conducts telephone assessment to determine appropriate level of care
• Provides educational and support materials

Financial Planning
• Helps employees to develop long-term financial strategies and assists them in retirement planning

Health & Wellness
• Increases employee health and morale through education and support that encourages fitness and promotes long term health

Legal Referrals
• Provides specialized local legal referrals
• Provides pro-bono legal resources for those qualified to receive such support

Parenting

• Provides support and resources for parents from simple to complex issues.

Stress Management
• Provides support, referrals and resources to effectively manage and reduce stress.
